What I collect
When you book, I collect your name, email, phone number, address (when I'm picking up), the gear you'd like cleaned, and any notes or preferences you share. Payments are handled by Stripe — I never see or store your full card number.
Website measurement
I keep simple counts of page visits and booking steps so I can see what's working on the site. This isn't sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Advertising measurement
I run ads on Google. When you arrive from an ad and complete a booking, the website tells Google Ads that a booking happened, so I can see which ads actually bring in work and stop paying for the ones that don't. This uses cookies set by Google and is used for measurement and ad optimization only. Google's privacy information is at business.safety.google/privacy.
I also run ads on Instagram and Facebook. The same thing happens there: a Meta pixel sets cookies and tells Meta when a booking is completed, for measurement and ad optimization only. Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Canada do not get this advertising measurement at all — it's switched off for them rather than asking for consent.
You can also turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
